Director Peyton Reed has just dropped the news that production has begun on Ant-Man and The Wasp via twitter along with a teaser at the concept art (seen above).

The film is not due out until July of 2018 and with events still to develop within the Marvel Universe it’ll be a surprise as to what the tiny heroes have in store for them. Whether the events in Thor: Ragnorak, Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War have an impact on the new film also remains to be seen.

Peyton Reed returns to the director’s chair with Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly set to return as the eponymous superheroes alongside Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michael Peña as Luis, and T.I. as Dave. Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, Abby Ryder Fortson, and David Dastmalchian also reprise their supporting roles in the sequel.

They’ll be joined by newcomers Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster, Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo.
